We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
On orders above Rs.1,000, no return is applicable, only exchange can be done.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For exchange or return, we can arrange a reverse pickup for you. There is an additional charge of Rs. 89 for reverse pickup.

Once we receive the return order, we'll initiate the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

1. In case the customer want to return the product the product even though it delivered in against for what being asked so the customer need to ship back to the facility.
2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company
address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin- code.
3. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
4. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
5. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
6.Pls note refund/bank transfer are only applicable for prepaid orders, online payments that are made on website.
